Camilo is a lawyer from Universidad Libre de Colombia, he is a specialist in International Business Law from Universidad de los Andes and he has complementary studies in Competition Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia. Camilo leads the Competition and Consumption Department advising national and international companies in processes related to unfair competition, Trademark infractions and consumer protection. He began his professional experience in Ecopetrol S.A. and then he worked in different law firms on issues related to corporate law.

His work is oriented to advise and represent our clients toward alternatives and strategies that favor the protection of the company's freedom, consumers right and strengthening of our clients' products.

She is currently in the midst of getting a degree at the law school of Externado University in Bogota, Colombia. She works as an account executive and legal assistant in the Competition and Consumer field, ground in which she assists different suits as well as participates in the definition of action and defense plans from proceedings related to unfair competition, trademark infringements, copyright and consumer protection. She has also supervised digital environment issues.

Additionally, she supports the Competition and Consumer Department in the recruitment and marketing for new businesses and legal services. She initiated her professional background working in different law firms, attending issues related to intellectual property and corporate law.

Abogada en formación de la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana de Bogota Colombia, en dónde está desarrollando su tesis sobre el régimen de responsabilidad de administradores. Se ha desempeñado en temas de investigación en Arbitraje de Inversión Internacional y Derecho Societario. Hoy en día se desempeña como asistente legal y dependiente judicial realizando seguimiento y control en procesos que se llevan a cabo en materia de competencia desleal, protección al consumidor, Propiedad Intelectual y derechos de autor. También brinda apoyo al coordinador del área de Competencia y Consumo en la sustanciación y defensa de estos procesos.

José is a lawyer from the Universidad Sergio Arboleda, specialized in Administration at the Universidad de los Andes; he's also specialized in Labor Law, Social Security, teaching and universitary research from the Universidad Sergio Arboleda. Furthermore, he has a diploma in Competency-based Management and in Integrated Management Systems.

He leads all processes of identifiying and preventing legal risks in labor matters, as well as any other labor related problems that might affect companies. José is a great when it comes to counseling in labor conflict and collective labor agreement negotiations.

As a lawyer in training at the Universidad del Rosario, she supports the Labor Law Directorate. She's the lawyer in charge of reviewing, controlling, and monitoring all labor-related processes handled by the firm in Court, including the Supreme Court. In addition, she supports the area director in sustaining memorials, concepts, responding to claims, and other written tasks.

Osorio is a specialist in Administrative Law from the Universidad Externado in Colombia. She is also specialized in Civil Responsibility and Recoverable Damages from the same university. Finally, she's a graduate from the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia's Law school (Neiva Branch).

Osorio's duties in Muñoz Abogados are assessing, handling, following, and representing clients throughout punitive proceedings held before administrative authorities like INVIMA and the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. Additionally, she processes pre-court settlements and expedites contested administrative procedures related to industrial property, nullity demands, restoration of rights, and reparation of damages directly or indirectly caused by the State through action or omission.

Ginna is a Professional Technician in Accounting and Financial Management, and she is currently studying Accounting at Politécnico Grancolombiano. She currently supports the Public Law department serving as their customer service. She is proactive and a strategist when it comes to customer counseling and engaging new clients. She has over thirteen (13) years of experience provinding legal related services, as well as handling and managing procedures before the Super Intendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC).

Yeinni is a lawyer from the Universidad Libre de Colombia, where she was involved in labor law and international regulation affairs research. Her main interest in state law, specifically matters related to personal data and legal metrology.

Ample knowledge of Arbitration (with a diploma course in National and International Arbitration at the Bogota's Cámara de Comercio -Bogota Chamber of Commerce-), dispute resolution, procedural law and probative law. With experience in litigation and as an advisor in arbitration, procedural, civil, commercial, and administrative areas.

She works as a Professor-Researcher of the Procedural Law Department at the Universidad Externado de Colombia and is a member of the research group in Process and Procedural Civil Law General Theory at the Universidad Externado de Colombia. Author and co-author of several publications in the areas of arbitration and procedural law.

Luisa María leads the firm's Dispute Resolution Department, addressing all topics related to civil and commercial litigation, insolvency for non-merchant natural persons, and alternate arbitration and dispute resolution mechanisms.

Camilo is currently studying the fifth semester of law at the Universidad Católica de Colombia. He is an expert in Customer Service, he supports the Corporate Law Department at Muñoz Abogados in issues related to clients. He has worked for private sector companies in field audits. He's also worked in Financial Portfolio Advisory, file and process management, as well as occupying operational - commercial positions.

Wendy is currently finishing her law studies at the Universidad Libre de Colombia, where she submitted her degree thesis "the public prosecutor's role in criminal offense proceedings". Most of her experience comes from assisting our lawyers in private law and dispute resolution processes.

Attorney specialized in Economic Public Law at Sergio Arboleda University, with a great experience in the public sector, as he has worked as General Counsel in different institutions. Likewise, he has been a college Professor and CICAD - OEA, World Bank speaker.

Expert in many issues as Corporate Law, Expired Ownership, Construction Law, and Mining and Oil Law. Responsible of tutelage actions held against the popular consultations regarding mining in Ibague and San Bernardo.
